Constance L. Jackson, MPH, Chief Executive & Innovation Officer
Constance is the Chief Executive & Innovation Officer and founding member of MediaHealth Technologies, LLC, her fifth successful start-up company in 25 years. Ms. Jackson created the conceptual framework of the robust platform Advaita® Healthware. Ms. Jackson also led her team as the Production & Engineering Director and Lead Investigator of a National Science Foundation Small Business Innovation Research grant in 2017 that built the Advaita platform. As partner and general manager for sixteen years with Kennedy Medical Center, Inc. (Kennedy) in Los Angeles, CA, Ms. Jackson created revenue capturing services targeting private and public employers and insurers. Ms. Jackson earned her Bachelor’s of Art degree in Speech Communication from California State University at Northridge and earned her Master’s degree in Public Health (M.P.H.), specializing in Social and Behavioral Sciences from Capella University, Minnesota. Ms. Jackson’s passion for improving health outcomes stems from her role as a communicator for her deaf mother in a healthcare setting when Ms. Jackson was just ten-years-old. Ms. Jackson is also a writer, producer and director of four feature length documentary films; and a contractor for writing, directing and producing educational documentary films for universities on family care-giving and teen girls self-image. Constance is an avid player of basketball, enjoys riding bicycles, swimming and weight strengthening exercises.

John Weir, B.S., CIO Advisor, Project Manager
John has over 15 years of expertise in strategic management and client services leadership in the healthcare technology sector. His specialty is in software integration, interfacing with software companies such as NextGen, EPIC, eCW, AthenaHealth, SureScripts, LabCorp and Allscripts. As area vice president of client services, John increased implementation revenues by over 120% and recurring revenue growth in excess of 30% while maintaining a client retention rate of 99.25%.
He is adept in rolling out large scale technology initiatives such as the CMS DOQ-IT program, where he managed a $10.5M budget to build a national EMR adoption program within primary care. This led to an increase of 160% in EHR adoption and use during 2005-2007 within California. His data integration work with large health systems, medical groups and EMR vendors has provided a focus for him on improving access to patient data for quality reporting, patient engagement and physician pay-for-performance initiatives.
John earned a Bachelor’s degree with honors in History and Political Science, in addition to completing graduate level courses in computing and information systems, from the University of Ulster in Northern Ireland.

Kimberly D. Narain, M.D., Ph.D., M.P.H., Clinical Research Advisor
Kimberly’s research and practice interests are centered on population health management and improving health outcomes. She completed her medical residency in Primary Care Internal Medicine at the University of California, San Francisco. She also attended Harvard as a California Endowment Scholar where she evaluated the impact of place-based housing infrastructure interventions on health outcome. After Harvard, Dr. Narain completed a Robert Wood Johnson Clinical Scholar Fellowship at UCLA. During this fellowship she served as an intern for the California Center of Public Health Advocacy and conducted research examining the effect of socioeconomic status on weight gain. Dr. Narain is a researcher in MHT.
Carol Teutsch, M.D., Advisor
Carol, since 2013 advises Ms. Jackson and participates in designing the clinical features of the provider and patient portals. She practiced medicine for 20 years in Atlanta, Georgia as an internist and endocrinologist. Carol also worked at Merck in the areas of healthcare communications and regulatory issues. Carol is a graduate of Wellesley College and the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill School of Medicine.
David Sperling, M.D., SFHM to the Clinical Advisory Team
As an EHR advisor, Dr. Sperling works with Ms. Jackson (CEO) and Mr. Weir (CIO), providing expert guidance on the development of application features relating to meaningful data integration across platforms of EHR into the Advaita Healthware.
David Sperling has been a practicing Internal Medicine Hospitalist since 1999. He has worked in healthcare leadership roles for medical groups, health plans, and hospitals. David was the key strategist in the rollout of two separate electronic health records and has overseen healthcare IT-related projects for his previous employers.
Sumner Brooks, MPH, RD, Nutrition Education Advisor
Sumner leads the team in module development for nutrition education. She began her career as a dietitian for Cedars Sinai Medical Center in the medical weight management program. For over 5 years, Sumner has worked with thousands of individuals, running lifestyle change and wellness programs at large corporations such as Google Santa Monica, Amgen Inc., Intel, Disney, and Nestle USA. She earned a Bachelor’s degree in Food and Nutrition Science from San Diego State University and earned a Master’s degree in Public Health from the University of California, Los Angeles.
Teresa Pisano, R.N., BS, User Experience Clinical Training Advisor
Teresa has over 35 years of experience in the healthcare industry as a registered nurse. Ms. Pisano advised businesses in Southern California on health and wellness. As a management leader at Kaiser Permanente, Teresa spent 15 years creating training programs, directing trainer teams in staff education, and developing staff tutorial programs. Her training programs were adopted across Kaiser Permanente facilities in California.
Mike brings a significant amount of experience to MHT. He has over 40+ years as a founder, principal, senior level sales, management and start-up in the highly competitive technology industry with industry leaders IBM, Cisco, Andrew, Nortel and Unisys. He has successfully launched/ sold new strategic products and won numerous awards for his contributions.
Mike as an entrepreneur founded 15+ companies and was the founder and President of Pace Data and President of Israeli based RAD Network Devices. Mike has proven success in the challenge of bringing innovative start-up companies - Equinox Networks, Cascade, Shasta Networks and Ellacoya to funding, acquisition or IPO.
As an educator, Mike is the Executive Director of the Entrepreneurial Institute at California State University at Dominguez Hills.

Gordana Vukotich is an executive advisor on health care reimbursement for Media Health Technologies. She has approximately 20 years of experience in health care delivery, working for both payers and providers, with a focus on Government Programs in the managed care space. Her passion for developing strategies to drive growth and improve quality, has significantly contributed to increased quality measure scores thereby directly driving revenue increase by 200%+, resulting in approximately a minimum of $13,500,000- $20,000,000 difference of increased annual revenue reimbursement to the smaller IPA's along with supporting the recovery of of risk pool funds. Gordana has a Master of Science degree in HealthCare Administration from Cal State University Long Beach, (CSULB).
