Dr. Kimberly Narain’s research and practice interest is centered on population health management and improving health outcomes. Currently at UCLA, Dr. Narain is a Specialty Training Advanced Research Fellow in the Department of General Internal Medicine & Health Services Research. Carol Teutsch, M.D., Advisor

Carol Teutsch, M.D. since 2012 advises Ms. Jackson and participates in designing the clinical features of the provider and patient portals including content management. She practiced medicine for 20 years in Atlanta, Georgia as an internist and endocrinologist. Dr. Teutsch also worked at Merck where she worked on healthcare communications and regulatory issues. Dr. Teutsch is a graduate of Wellesley College and the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill School of Medicine.

Dottie Rudinica is a licensed respiratory care practitioner who specializes in data base coordination within a hospital environment. She works at Torrance Memorial Medical Center in South Bay, Los Angeles. As an advisor, Dottie’s role with MediaHealth Technologies is to advise on ACO compliance measures.  Dottie is also the data manager for the California Coronary Artery Bypass Outcomes Reporting Program.  She has over 31 years in cardiology data base coordination. 


Mark Floyd, Security & Software Advisor

Mark Floyd, Security and Software Architect Advisor for Media Health Technologies, LLC, has 15 years of experience in software development. Mr. Floyd is a senior software engineer and software architect in the research and development department at Dreamworks Animation, LLC. He received his Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Tuskegee University in 2003.

In the past, Mr. Floyd spent 7 years working at the Jet Propulsion Laboratory, where he worked in positions ranging from network security engineer to lead-engineer (on ITAR-compliant spacecraft data processing engine/display system used on several large scale missions-$200M to $2B, including Cassini, Mars Exploration Rover, and Mars Science Laboratory).

Mark also has been a co-founder of two search engine companies in the visual image search and warehouse cataloging space.
